I'm now doing the The Sunday Creative which was carried on from the Creative Bootcamp. This is similar in concept where she posts a word on Sunday and you get to use your choice of artistic medium to capture the word.

Summer Solstice 2010

Today on the 5th floor of the City of Phoenix Burton Carr Central Library, people gathered (myself included) to celebrate the summer solstice. The columns were designed to look like candles, and every summer solstice the candles "glow."   I was able to play with the lighting on my camera to take the below pictures.  Happy longest day of the year, may the sun now wake up a little later each day :)

Inspired and encouraged by a friend, I decided to get in touch with my creative side by joining this Creativity Boot Camp.  Throughout this journey, I will work on photography and begin to learn how to use my camera.  I look foward to sharing my "creativity" with you!
