Today on the 5th floor of the City of Phoenix Burton Carr Central Library, people gathered (myself included) to celebrate the summer solstice. The columns were designed to look like candles, and every summer solstice the candles "glow." I was able to play with the lighting on my camera to take the below pictures. Happy longest day of the year, may the sun now wake up a little later each day :)
